Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
– The item must be in its original condition — unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
– It must include the original packaging, tags, invoice/receipt, and any accessories it came with.
– Discounted or promotional items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return / Exchange Instructions
If your request has been approved, please follow these steps:
Visit your nearest Sundarban Courier Service branch.

Keep your courier receipt or tracking number for reference.
Exchange Policy
– The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase price.
– If exchanging for a higher-value item, the price difference must be paid.
Refund Policy
– Refund will be issued only after the returned product is received at our warehouse and inspected.
– The refund process may take 7–10 business days after receiving the product.
– Refund will be processed through the original payment method (if applicable).
– Limited period offers or product-specific discounts may not be available by the time you return the order.
